TOTEME offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, ensuring that your curated wardrobe meets our standards of craftsmanship and fit. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the pre-paid return shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Schedule a Collection

  Arrange a complimentary pick-up through our designated courier service or drop off your package at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved at our atelier, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
